Red List (low evidence)

Two case reports of infants from consanguineous families with biallelic variants in LTC4S presenting with hypotonia, microcephaly and death at 6 months. Last report in 2000 with no further reports of disease association since.

Recent studies suggest polymorphisms in LTC4S associated with aspirin-intolerant asthma.
