Palmoplantar Keratoderma and Erythrokeratoderma
Gene: GJB3
Erythrokeratodermia variabilis et progressiva (EKVP1) is a disorder of keratinization characterized by fixed erythrokeratotic plaques, associated with migratory erythematous lesions. Multiple families reported with heterozygous mutations with some functional evidence. One family with EKVP1 has been reported with a homozygous mutation in the GJB3 gene.Created: 19 May 2022, 10:19 p.m. | Last Modified: 19 May 2022, 10:19 p.m.
