5 unrelated patients in an unselected cohort of children between 2015 - 2020 identified to have germline heterozygous pathogenic variant in DIS3L2 (two truncating variants, 3 deletions of exon 9). 4 of 5 had a second somatic hit in Wilms Tumour tissue.
