Multiple families reported with bi-allelic variants and childhood-onset muscular dystrophy, corticospinal tract dysfunction and early-onset non-progressive cerebellar atrophy. One family reported with heterozygous variant in this gene, gene-disease association for mono allelic variants not well established.
