Clinical features include intrauterine growth retardation, woolly hair, facial dysmorphism, intractable diarrhoea in infancy requiring total parenteral nutrition, and immunodepression. Hepatic involvement contributes to the poor prognosis of affected patients, cirrhosis reported.
