Mosaic Variegated Aneuploidy Syndrome (MVA) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder characterized by mosaic aneuploidies involving multiple chromosomes and tissues. Affected individuals typically present with severe intrauterine and postnatal growth retardation, microcephaly, facial dysmorphism, developmental delay and predisposition to cancer and epilepsy.
