6 individuals from 3 unrelated families reported with bi-allelic (nonsense, del & frameshift) variants resulting in premature stop codons. All individuals presented with
T- B+ NK+ SCID.

Other phenotypic features include onset in infancy or early childhood of recurrent infections (otitis media, reparatory and gastrointestinal infections) diarrhoea, decreased Ig levels and failure to thrive.
